NVS user (with NVS unique 5-2-1 ID / email address):
  1. Watch the Training video on this page.
  2. User have to raise request with link : ServiceNow
  3. Search the group ”Kaltura_43919_Private_Only_Role” under All group.
  4. Click on ‘I need to’ and select ‘Add/Remove Members’. It’ll open a catalog form to submit the request.
  5. Select the Function: Add Members and select the requested user(521 id) to whom request needs to be created. Submit the request with proper business justification.
  6. Once request submitted user will receive notification from IAM system and SNOW will trigger approvals to Group owner & Deputies.
  7. Once any one of the approvers approves the request, Add action will be completed, notification will be sent to the end user on the user creation activity.
