Content Streaming Self Service System Using Kaltura Media Space (KMS)

NVS user (with NVS unique 5-2-1 ID / email address):
  1. Watch the Training video on this page
  2. Fill in Request for 'Creation of KMS User' access form (template). The form has to be approved by the Requestor’s manager. In case of access for agencies/ external organization the approval must be completed by a Novartis employee
  3. Submit a new service request via NBS IT Portal
  4. Select Request type “Application User Account Management”
  5. Select “New” from User Access Mgmt field
  6. Type “KMS user access” in both Description fields
  7. Attach updated and signed 'Request for Creation of KMS User' access form
  8. Click on Order now
  9. The request is approved by Service Request Approver to confirm the completion of the mandatory training module(s) required to access the platform
